Special Issue (SI) of Food Analytical Methods (IF: 2.667, Q2) entitled “Cereal Food Methodologies”.
Any kind of manuscripts can be submitted through submission system of the journal.
There is no Article Processing Charge (APC).
Articles dealing with development of new or novel applications of existing methodologies in the analysis of cereals, pseudocereals, flour and wide spectra of their products are mostly welcome.
