SOURDOMICS Project Seminar “Rethinking traditions and inventing healthy nutrition”, 03.03.2023

The seminar on healthy nutrition is held within the framework of the #SOURDOMICS project funded by the European Commission. It will be of interest to professionals - researchers and practitioners, as well as to every person who thinks about health and proper nutrition. The seminar's speakers represent the leading higher education institutions in Agder (UiA and NLA) and one of the healthiest bakeries in Norway (The ODD bakery), producing sourdough bread. Cutting-edge scientific developments in healthy foods and nutrition, innovations in making healthy sourdough bread, and details on how healthy traditional Norwegian cuisine is will be presented.
