Expressions of interest to author Chapters from France, Scandinavia and Malta. Technical illustrative book (Springer Nature)

Dear COST members,

 

Regarding the ongoing book “Traditional European breads: An illustrative compendium of the ancestral know-how and cultural heritage of bread making” with 21 Chapters to be published by Springer Nature, the editors are looking for expressions of interest to author the following chapters from three countries:

×         Chapter 6. Traditional breads from France.

×         Chapter 13. Traditional breads from Malta, the “Il-Hobza Maltija”.

×         Chapter 14. Traditional Scandinavian breads.

 

To express the interest and get more details, please reply to this email and provide the information: Name, Affiliation and Full address, and Email address. Please, feel free to choose the corresponding author and co-authors of your preference and, later on, the structure of the chapter (yet fitted in the global outlook of the book).
