In times when our planet and human well-being are under serious threats, researchers and industry need to collaborate, stay active and remain motivated
more than ever. Therefore, this year we would especially like to invite participants from different scientific and professional fields with achievements and ideas that
can be implemented in food, biotech and nutrition research or are important forthe future food economy so that we can learn from each other, inspire each
other, connect, and make a real, measurable impact on this world. In addition tothe interdisciplinary approach, we would particularly like to encourage young
researchers and students to join us by presenting their achievements.
